By accessing or using ExpressMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ExpressMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving emails. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Email addresses are temporary and expire after a set period.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content.
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Use the Service for any activity that could harm minors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
4. Temporary Nature of Service
Email addresses and their contents are temporary. Mailboxes expire after the designated period (default: 30 days). Once expired, all associated emails and attachments are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You should not rely on ExpressMail for important or long-term communications.
5. Premium Subscriptions
ExpressMail offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including emails or attachments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpressMail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, and code, is the property of ExpressMail. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
