Terms of Service

Last updated: April 03, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ExpressMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ExpressMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving emails. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Email addresses are temporary and expire after a set period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content.
  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Use the Service for any activity that could harm minors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

4. Temporary Nature of Service

Email addresses and their contents are temporary. Mailboxes expire after the designated period (default: 30 days). Once expired, all associated emails and attachments are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You should not rely on ExpressMail for important or long-term communications.

5. Subscription Plans & In-App Purchases

Free Plan

ExpressMail is free to use and includes core features such as receiving emails and managing temporary mailboxes. The free plan is supported by advertisements.

ExpressMail Pro (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

ExpressMail offers an optional Pro subscription that removes ads and unlocks premium features. The Pro subscription is an auto-renewable subscription available in the following plans:

PlanBilling Period
WeeklyBilled every 1 week
MonthlyBilled every 1 month
YearlyBilled every 1 year

Pricing for each plan is displayed in the app and in the App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings (Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions).
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until that date.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. ExpressMail does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's refund page or contact Google Play Support.

Platform Terms

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of ExpressMail is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including emails or attachments.

12. Intellectual Property Infringement

In the event of any third-party claim that ExpressMail or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, ExpressMail (not Apple or Google) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and code, is the property of ExpressMail. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

15. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
